Terms of service
These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms”) set forth the terms and conditions for the use of ININI ONLINE SHOP (hereinafter referred to as the “Shop,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by Saitoh Denshi Co., Ltd.
By using the Shop and purchasing products from the Shop, customers are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.
Article 1 — Scope of Application
These Terms apply to all matters relating to the use of the Shop, the purchase of products, and any other services provided by the Shop.
The Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Privacy Policy, and Legal Notice Based on the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions separately established by the Shop form part of these Terms.
Article 2 — Products
The Shop sells artwork, digital products, and other related products.
Product images may differ from the actual products in color, texture, or appearance depending on the customer’s viewing environment, device, monitor settings, and other factors.
The Shop may change product specifications, prices, sales quantities, sales periods, or discontinue sales without prior notice.
Article 3 — Orders and Payments
An order is considered confirmed when the customer places an order through the Shop and payment has been completed.
Customers may use payment methods provided by Shopify Payments, PayPal, and other payment methods designated by the Shop.
If there is an error or deficiency in the order details, if the order is suspected to be fraudulent, if delivery is difficult, or if the Shop otherwise determines that the order is inappropriate, the Shop may cancel or refuse the order.
Article 4 — Shipping
Shipping of products shall be handled in accordance with the Shop’s Shipping Policy.
Article 5 — Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Returns, refunds, exchanges, and cancellations shall be handled in accordance with the Shop’s Return and Refund Policy.
Article 6 — Digital Products
Digital products can be downloaded after purchase via the instructions sent to the email address registered at the time of order.
The download link and access to the file may become invalid or unavailable after a certain period of time due to system specifications, service changes, discontinuation of sales, or other circumstances related to our shop. We kindly ask that you download the file promptly after purchase and store it safely on your own device.
Due to the nature of digital products, cancellations and refunds after purchase cannot be accepted, except where permitted by law.
Customers may use digital products only for personal use. Customers may not reproduce, repost, sell, redistribute, modify, use commercially, provide to third parties, or otherwise use digital products beyond the permitted scope without the prior consent of the Shop.
Article 7 — Intellectual Property Rights
All copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights relating to images, text, designs, logos, trademarks, products, digital content, and any other content displayed on the Shop belong to the Shop or their respective rightful owners.
Customers may not reproduce, repost, sell, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, use commercially, or engage in any similar acts with respect to such content without permission from the Shop or the relevant rights holder.
Article 8 — Prohibited Acts
Customers must not engage in any of the following acts:
- Acts that violate laws, regulations, or public order and morals
- Providing false or inaccurate information
- Acts that infringe the rights, interests, reputation, or credibility of third parties or the Shop
- Acts that interfere with the operation of the Shop
- Unauthorized access, attacks on systems, or acts that place an excessive burden on systems
- Unauthorized use, reproduction, resale, or redistribution of products or digital products
- Any other acts that the Shop deems inappropriate
Article 9 — Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Shop does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, usefulness, fitness for a particular purpose, or any other aspect of the Shop’s services, product information, or posted content.
The Shop shall not be liable for delays, suspension of services, or damages arising from natural disasters, traffic conditions, circumstances of shipping carriers, customs procedures, system failures, communication failures, changes in laws or regulations, or other circumstances beyond the control of the Shop.
Except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence by the Shop, the Shop’s liability shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the customer for the relevant product.
Article 10 — Handling of Personal Information
The Shop handles customers’ personal information in accordance with the Shop’s Privacy Policy.
Article 11 — Changes to These Terms
The Shop may revise these Terms as necessary.
Any revised Terms will become effective when posted on the Shop’s website.
Article 12 — Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Japan.
If any dispute arises between the customer and the Shop in connection with the services or these Terms, the Japanese court having jurisdiction over the location of our company shall be the court of exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance, unless otherwise provided by law.
