Refund policy
ININI ONLINE SHOP (hereinafter referred to as the “Shop,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) has established the following Return and Refund Policy.
Returns and Exchanges
As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons attributable to the customer, such as a change of mind.
However, if the consumer protection laws of the customer’s country of residence or the destination country or region grant rights to returns, exchanges, refunds, or similar remedies, we will comply with the applicable laws and regulations.
Refunds
After we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, if we approve the refund, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to be reflected, depending on the processing time of your payment service provider, credit card company, financial institution, or other relevant provider.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment in some cases.

Cancellations cannot be accepted after an order has been shipped.
Due to the nature of digital products, cancellations after purchase cannot be accepted, except where permitted by law.
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If the product you receive is defective, damaged, or different from the item you ordered, please contact us at artshopcontact@inini.jp within seven days of receiving the product.
When contacting us, please provide your order number, name, details of the defect, damage, or incorrect delivery, and photos showing the relevant issue.
After confirming the situation, we will take appropriate action, such as issuing a refund.
Please note that one-of-a-kind items cannot be exchanged.
Therefore, if a defect, damage, or incorrect delivery is confirmed for a one-of-a-kind item, we will handle the matter by issuing a refund.
Digital Products
Digital products can be downloaded after purchase via the instructions sent to the email address registered at the time of order.
The download link and access to the file may become invalid or unavailable after a certain period of time due to system specifications, service changes, discontinuation of sales, or other circumstances related to our shop. We kindly ask that you download the file promptly after purchase and store it safely on your own device.
Due to the nature of digital products, cancellations and refunds after purchase cannot be accepted, except where permitted by law.
However, if there is a defect or incorrect provision of a digital product due to reasons attributable to the Shop, we will review the situation and take appropriate action, such as re-providing the product, correcting the issue, or issuing a refund.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds, except where permitted by law:
- Returns or exchanges for reasons attributable to the customer, including all products such as artwork and one-of-a-kind items
- Digital products
- Used items
- Items that have been damaged, soiled, or lost while in the customer’s possession
- Items for which we are contacted more than seven days after delivery
- Other items that may legally be excluded from returns or cancellations
Return Shipping Fees
If a return is required due to reasons attributable to the Shop, such as a defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered item, we will bear the shipping costs for the return.
If a return for reasons attributable to the customer is permitted under applicable laws and regulations, the return shipping fees and any other related costs will be handled in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations.
Return Address
If a return is necessary, we will provide instructions on the return procedure in advance.
We cannot accept items returned without prior notice.
