Q1. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Orders may be canceled before shipment in some cases.
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at artshopcontact@inini.jp

Cancellations cannot be accepted after an order has been shipped.

Q2. Can I return or exchange an item?

As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons attributable to the customer, such as a change of mind.

However, if the consumer protection laws of the customer’s country of residence or the destination country or region grant rights to returns, exchanges, refunds, or similar remedies, we will comply with the applicable laws and regulations.

Q3. What should I do if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect?

Please contact us at artshopcontact@inini.jp within seven days of receiving the product.

When contacting us, please provide your order number, name, details of the defect, damage, or incorrect delivery, and photos showing the relevant issue.

Q4. Can one-of-a-kind items be exchanged?

One-of-a-kind items cannot be exchanged.

If a defect, damage, or incorrect delivery is confirmed, we will handle the matter by issuing a refund.

Q5. When will I receive my refund?

After we receive the returned item and inspect its condition, if we approve the refund, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

The actual time it takes for the refund to be reflected may vary depending on your payment service provider, credit card company, financial institution, or other relevant provider.

Q6. What payment methods are available?

You may use payment methods provided by Shopify Payments, PayPal, and other payment methods designated by the Shop.

Q7. When will my order be shipped?

As a general rule, orders will be shipped within five business days after payment has been confirmed.

However, shipping or delivery may be delayed due to the nature of the product, stock availability, destination, weather conditions, traffic conditions, customs procedures, circumstances of the shipping carrier, or other circumstances beyond the control of the Shop.

Q8. Do you offer international shipping?

The Shop currently ships to Japan, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Taiwan.

Q9. How can I receive digital products?

Digital products can be downloaded after purchase via the instructions sent to the email address registered at the time of order.

Q10. Can I use digital products freely?

Digital products may be used only for personal use by the purchaser. Unauthorized reproduction, reposting, sale, redistribution, modification, commercial use, or provision to third parties is prohibited.
