Unless otherwise stated, displayed prices include Japanese consumption tax.

Digital products can be downloaded after purchase via the instructions sent to the email address registered at the time of order.
Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons attributable to the customer, such as a change of mind.
Orders may be canceled before shipment in some cases.

Cancellations cannot be accepted after an order has been shipped.

Please note that one-of-a-kind items cannot be exchanged, and will be handled by refund instead.
Due to the nature of digital products, cancellations and refunds after purchase cannot be accepted, except where permitted by law.
However, if there is a defect or incorrect provision of a digital product due to reasons attributable to our shop, we will review the situation and take appropriate action, such as re-providing the product, correcting the issue, or issuing a refund.
