Payment
The following payment methods are available:

For online payments, payment processing is carried out at the time of order.
The actual timing of the charge or withdrawal depends on the payment method used and the terms set by the relevant credit card company or payment service provider.
Shipping
The Shop currently ships to Japan, the United States, the United Kingdom, and Taiwan.
For domestic deliveries within Japan, we use Yamato Transport. For international deliveries, we use Yamato Transport and UPS.
Please note that the shipping carrier may change depending on the destination, product size, weight, shipping conditions, and other circumstances.
As a general rule, orders will be shipped within five business days after payment has been confirmed.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, customs procedures, weather conditions, traffic conditions, and other factors.
We do not ship orders on days when the Shop is closed, including Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, the New Year holiday period, Golden Week, summer holidays, and other closure periods.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees vary depending on the destination, product size, weight, and other factors.
Please check the shipping fee displayed at checkout when placing your order.
For international deliveries, customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, and other charges may be incurred in the destination country or region. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer. As the amount and applicability of such charges are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country or region, we are unable to provide a confirmed amount in advance.
If additional costs arise due to circumstances attributable to the customer, including but not limited to prolonged absence, incorrect or incomplete address information, refusal to accept delivery, redelivery, change of delivery address by the customer, or other customer-related reasons, such additional costs will, in principle, be borne by the customer.
Delivery Date and Time Requests
We do not accept requests for specific delivery dates or times.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment in some cases.

Cancellations cannot be accepted after an order has been shipped.
Due to the nature of digital products, cancellations after purchase cannot be accepted, except where permitted by law.
Returns and Exchanges
As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons attributable to the customer, such as a change of mind.
However, if the consumer protection laws of the customer’s country of residence or the destination country or region grant rights to returns, exchanges, refunds, or similar remedies, we will comply with the applicable laws and regulations.
If the product you receive is defective, damaged, or different from the item you ordered, please contact us at artshopcontact@inini.jp within seven days of receiving the product.
Please note that one-of-a-kind items cannot be exchanged, and will be handled by refund instead.
Digital Products
Digital products can be downloaded after purchase via the instructions sent to the email address registered at the time of order.
The download link and access to the file may become invalid or unavailable after a certain period of time due to system specifications, service changes, discontinuation of sales, or other circumstances related to our shop. We kindly ask that you download the file promptly after purchase and store it safely on your own device.
Due to the nature of digital products, cancellations and refunds after purchase cannot be accepted, except where permitted by law.
However, if there is a defect or incorrect provision of a digital product due to reasons attributable to the Shop, we will review the situation and take appropriate action, such as re-providing the product, correcting the issue, or issuing a refund.
