Products are shipped from Japan.

Shipping Carriers
For domestic deliveries within Japan, we use Yamato Transport. For international deliveries, we use Yamato Transport and UPS.

Shipping Time and Delivery Period
As a general rule, orders will be shipped within five business days after payment has been confirmed.
However, shipping or delivery may be delayed due to the nature of the product, stock availability, destination, weather conditions, traffic conditions, customs procedures, circumstances of the shipping carrier, or other circumstances beyond the control of the Shop.

We do not ship orders on days when the Shop is closed, including Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, the New Year holiday period, Golden Week, summer holidays, and other closure periods.

Customs Duties, Import Taxes, and Customs Clearance Fees for International Shipping
For international deliveries, customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, and other charges may be incurred in the destination country or region. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer. As the amount and applicability of such charges are determined by the customs authorities of the destination country or region, we are unable to provide a confirmed amount in advance.
Delivery Date and Time Requests
We do not accept requests for specific delivery dates or times.
Prolonged Absence, Incorrect Address, Refusal of Delivery, and Other Customer-Related Issues
If additional costs arise due to circumstances attributable to the customer, including but not limited to prolonged absence, incorrect or incomplete address information, refusal to accept delivery, redelivery, change of delivery address by the customer, or other customer-related reasons, such as redelivery fees, return shipping fees, storage fees, forwarding fees, customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, or other charges incurred upon return shipment, such additional costs will, in principle, be borne by the customer.
